Following a power cut which reset our house alarm I contacted Chris in need of an urgent call out to fix this. Chris organised Paul to visit within the hour which was fantastic. The work carried out was of high quality and Paul identified the issues and rectified them in the same day. Really impressed with all the work and would highly recommend to anyone!

From the initial contact with the NSW team to them completing work at our home we couldn't have had better service. Chris was very helpful and explained everything clearly giving us his expert advice on security systems and cctv plus another electrical issue we had in our home. Chris and his team have proven themselves responsive and reliable, two attributes you would want from a company dealing with security. We had CCTV and a new alarm system installed by NSW last week and I highly recommend. The whole process from initial enquiry through to everything being fitted was quick and seamless. It took a couple of days for everything to be fitted and the 2 guys who came to fit everything were friendly, polite and courteous. They left no mess and even took their shoes off when coming in and out of the house!Highly recommend.

Tom of NSW UK came this morning to sort out a problem with channels not working on my Sky box. Turned out to be quite a complicated matter and resulted in Tom spending quite some time in my home. What a charming, personable, professional young man. He respected my property and resolved the all the problems, keeping me informed throughout the process. I would absolutely commend the services of the company and Tom in particular. In this day and age, a really pleasant experience for an elderly, disabled person. Thank you so much.

We have used Chris and his team at NSW on various jobs at our property over the past few years including cctv, installing wi-fi boosters throughout the house to give perfect wi-fi in every room, and to fix our free-sat. The team do a fantastic job every time, routing cables carefully so they can’t be seen and making practical suggestions for what we need. They always come out promptly when things have needed fixing. I would highly recommend them.

I have used NSW on numerous occasions from a new house installation, refitting and repairing exterior cameras previously done by others, work on my tv system and today a little job after I had broken some leads on my TV! The job was quite difficult to access and the weather was horrendous. However, Tom made light work of things and did a great job. I have to say, his ability to scale buildings with or without the use of ladders is quite exceptional and something you don't see every day - half cat/half human I would say!

We had nsw uk come and put up a new cctv camera and up upgrade our old one they e-mailed me that they were on the way and they arrived on time tom and is mate were very polite and they got to work straight way and the work they did was very prosessional tom then set it up so we could access it on our mobile phones we will use them again thank you .

Wanted our CCTV recorder to be relocated in our property. From initial enquiry to getting the job done, I found this company very well organised and Josh who came to do the job was really pleasant and polite. The receptionists were friendly and efficient too. The cost of moving the recorder was reasonable. Would recommend this company any time!

I had pondered for a while about having security cameras fitted to my property,having spoken to a friend who had used this firm several years ago.I contacted Northern Security West.The process between first contact and completion was seamlessThe installation team ( Tom and Josh ) arrived on time, and did an excellent job,The cameras are now in place, there was no disruption and they tidied up as they worked. This is an absolute 5 star item and service. The quality of the CCTV is outstanding, the cameras are sharp and the audio is excellent quality.The team took time to figure out the best way to install the cameras, involving me theoughout.Once set up, they went through the whole system with me and showed me exactly how to get the best from it.I would highly recommend NSW UK and I will be using them in the future.

Tom and his apprentice did a fantastic job in putting up our 65 inch TV - sonos , stix internet and sky Q systems. They re routed all of the cabling and hid all of the tv and speaker wires.As always, extremely professional and always checked with us during the installation process to make sure we were happy.NSW - do a fantastic job - we highly recommend them.Tony and Carolyn

I would highly recommend Northern Security West Ltd. We have used their services several times well mounting TVs and sorting issues with Sky. I contacted NSW after having them install a system at work. I have had a 3 camera system installed at home and the work carried out has been excellent. The system is working excellent and the guys who came to install were extremely polite and couldn’t do enough for us. The works were left clean and tidy with no issues at all. We had 2 Smart TVs which needed installation, Tom the engineer who came did this for us very quickly and efficiently. Tom took all the stress away for us as we had tried unsuccessfully to connect them ourselves. nothing was too much trouble for him and his patience with explaining them to us was lovely. we even gave him an extra challenge in making brackets designed to go on the wall for the soundbar fit onto the TV. Thank you we will definitely use NSW again and will recommend to family and friends. Extra thanks to Tom.

I called this company in an emergency with my old alarm going off every five minutes. They had an engineer out the same day, a temporary fix in place immediately whilst a part was ordered and a permanent fix within two days. Brilliant service from Chris and team. After contacting Chris he came out the very next day to do a site survey and provide us with a quote. Then once we had decided to go ahead with the quote he sent one of his team within a week to come and fit our new alarm system. After installation we had a few teething issues with certain settings/ software but Chris had no issues coming out and resolving these the very next day. We are very happy with the service that NSW provided.

These have been installed for around 3years, and despite never working properly, the original company walked away 😡😡Left with the thought of just having to replace the whole installation, I spoke with NSW, who came out to take a look very quickly. The team didn’t take much time to diagnose the issue at all, and proposed the solution immediately. A quickly turned around quote, and the guys were booked in to carry out the works. Needles to say, the workmanship was done professionally, and extremely thoroughly. Not only did they save me ££££’s, they actually fixed what’s seemed to be the unfixable. 🎉🎉🎉Thank you very much guys. I’ll definitely be using your company for more work in the future, and couldn’t recommend you enough

We have had our aerial installed in our new house and the service was excellent. The two guys who attended were polite, tidy and very helpful. It wasn't their fault BT had sent a faulty TV box but Tom diagnosed the fault so I could report back to BT and get a new box. I will definitely use NSW again for any of their services.

Would not hesitate to recommend Chris and his team! They have installed numerous TV´s, media boxes and wifi boosters throughout our home as well as installing a new CCTV system. The guys take their time to explain all systems and if there as been any slight issue afterwards, all it has taken is a quick text or phonecall to Chris and himself or one of his team at back at your house within hours to sort it.
