Phoned on the Wednesday, they came as arranged and on time on Friday morning. Tom the fitter and his apprentice were brilliant. Polite, informative and knew what they were doing which filled us with confidence. Great service, would definitley recommend and would definitley use again.

This is an absolute 5 star item and service. The quality of the CCTV is outstanding, the cameras are sharp and the audio is excellent quality.The team took time to figure out the best way to install the cameras, involving me theoughout.Once set up, they went through the whole system with me and showed me exactly how to get the best from it.I would highly recommend NSW UK and I will be using them in the future.

Tom and his apprentice did a fantastic job in putting up our 65 inch TV - sonos , stix internet and sky Q systems. They re routed all of the cabling and hid all of the tv and speaker wires.As always, extremely professional and always checked with us during the installation process to make sure we were happy.NSW - do a fantastic job - we highly recommend them.Tony and Carolyn

We recently switched from cable to freeview so needed a new digital aerial installing.We chose NSW based on the strength of the reviews and their very competitive quote and couldn't be happier with the service.Tom was prompt, friendly and professional throughout, took down our old dead aerial from the chimney and provided great advice about cable management. Everything left clean and tidy and TV fully set up before he left. All followed up with a courtesy call a few days later to check everything was ok.We wouldn't hesitate to use NSW again or recommend them to family or friends. Thanks again!

I contacted NSW after having them install a system at work. I have had a 3 camera system installed at home and the work carried out has been excellent. We had 2 Smart TVs which needed installation, Tom the engineer who came did this for us very quickly and efficiently. Tom took all the stress away for us as we had tried unsuccessfully to connect them ourselves. nothing was too much trouble for him and his patience with explaining them to us was lovely. we even gave him an extra challenge in making brackets designed to go on the wall for the soundbar fit onto the TV. They had an engineer out the same day, a temporary fix in place immediately whilst a part was ordered and a permanent fix within two days. Brilliant service from Chris and team. After contacting Chris he came out the very next day to do a site survey and provide us with a quote. Then once we had decided to go ahead with the quote he sent one of his team within a week to come and fit our new alarm system. After installation we had a few teething issues with certain settings/ software but Chris had no issues coming out and resolving these the very next day. We are very happy with the service that NSW provided.

The team didn’t take much time to diagnose the issue at all, and proposed the solution immediately. A quickly turned around quote, and the guys were booked in to carry out the works. Needles to say, the workmanship was done professionally, and extremely thoroughly. Not only did they save me ££££’s, they actually fixed what’s seemed to be the unfixable. 🎉🎉🎉Thank you very much guys. I’ll definitely be using your company for more work in the future, and couldn’t recommend you enough

When we approached North West Security the owner Chris visited our premises which we're being vandalised out of office hours, he surveyed the whole site & found relevant points to place cameras externally & upon his advice we had additional cameras placed internally as well to catch any images if intruders did enter our premises. Upon meeting Chris & gaining his knowledge of CCTV systems we instructed him to carry out our installation. He linked it into my iPad so I can view our premises from anywhere in the world at anytime, great for catching the apprentice being lazy when the boss is on holiday
So far the system has got the car reg of two burglars who stole our neighbours kids bikes from their garage, it is also beneficial that the office staff can lock the door & see who's wanting access to the building before opening the door so the investment is reaping benefits all round.
