I was at my daughter’s house to “check up” on things whilst she was on an extended holiday when the burglar alarm went off. This in itself was a huge surprise as it had not been set prior to her going away. As I was also on my way to Holyhead to catch a ferry it was time critical to get a fix. I rang the company and explained my dilemma and an engineer who was travelling to another job in the area was diverted to my daughter’s home. The engineer who attended was courteous, professional and sorted the problem in no time at all. Thank you Paul. The service provided by this company was first class and should serve as an example to all.

It took a couple of days for everything to be fitted and the 2 guys who came to fit everything were friendly, polite and courteous. Tom of NSW UK came this morning to sort out a problem with channels not working on my Sky box. Turned out to be quite a complicated matter and resulted in Tom spending quite some time in my home. Tom and his apprentice did a fantastic job in putting up our 65 inch TV - sonos , stix internet and sky Q systems. The team didn’t take much time to diagnose the issue at all, and proposed the solution immediately. A quickly turned around quote, and the guys were booked in to carry out the works. Needles to say, the workmanship was done professionally, and extremely thoroughly. Not only did they save me ££££’s, they actually fixed what’s seemed to be the unfixable. 🎉🎉🎉Thank you very much guys. Would not hesitate to recommend Chris and his team! They have installed numerous TV´s, media boxes and wifi boosters throughout our home as well as installing a new CCTV system. The guys take their time to explain all systems and if there as been any slight issue afterwards, all it has taken is a quick text or phonecall to Chris and himself or one of his team at back at your house within hours to sort it.
