We received a call at 7:15am from a client after a wagon driver accidentally took out some overhead Cat 5 cables on site. Our team quickly attended to assess the situation and found the catenary wire had snapped, bringing the network cables down with it.
By 4:00pm, we were back with the right kit, including replacement wire and a cherry picker, to carry out the repair. By 7:30pm, the Cat 5 cables were safely back in place and fully supported.

We were recently called out to help a customer in Shepley whose old Texecom Veritas alarm had stopped working due to a faulty keypad. After a full assessment, we discovered the panel battery was dead and the external sounder had failed too.
