Last week we upgraded a customers alarm system to a HKC smart alarm. This particular customer had a few specific requirements which were not possible with their existing alarm. The customer wanted to have the ability to section off the house and garage so that access to the garage could be given to a work colleague without giving access to the house. They also wanted to have remote access to the alarm using a smart phone app with the ability to open the garage roller shutter door from the app whilst away from home. All this was completed in the day and the customer was very happy with the end result.
